That is, what I think upon seeing this Dreadnought.
Straight into the face of the enemies of the Emperor and mankind.
Well, finally it is done and I am rather glad.
Glad with the outcome and glad to have it finished. ;-)
Some impressions:
On to new projects.
Next I will show the resin master of the Technoservant No.1

Next step for the Dwarfs and Dread
Hi everyone
Yesterday I visited my friend Stefan from MASQUERADE-Miniatures and there started the next step for my coming miniature range.
I produced the silicone moulds for making the resin masters and then did cast them.
Here is what the Dwarfs look like:
Furthermore I finished the front of the shield for the Contemptor Dreadnought Conversion:
Next I will show some photos of the Technoservant which also is cast in resin now.
Cheers

More Dread WIP Pictures
Work on the Forgeworld Dreadnought goes steady along, so here some more WIP pictures I took in the meantime.
Here you get a general idea into which direction this conversion is heading - charging straight into the enemy lines, batting resistance aside with his massive forceshield while punishing the heretics with his brutal energy flail.
The flail:
I will complete the weapon by sculpting on a generator and some tubes to suggest the flail to be an energy weapon. Also the shoulder armor has to be sculpted.
The shield:
Also not quite finished. The lower decoration will be repeated on the other "edges" and some Templar crosses will be sculpted along the border.
The body:
On the body there are still missing some chains and other decorations like purity seals.
I think I will have this one finished soon and can deliver more pictures then.
Stay tuned,
Gregor

Trendy stuff...
...or so it seems, as I have another one of the Forge World Contemptor Dreadnoughts on my workbench.
This one is for another private customer with quite a few more wishes than my first "Contemptor-customer".
These pictures are still very much WIP and there is still a lot to be done.
The goal is to give this Dread a bit the look of a "Deutsch-Orden" Crusader with a whole tunic rather than the "apron" I did for the last Contemptor. Also shall this one be armed with shield and a weapon called "Ochsenherde" which is a flail with three balls and chains.
The Dreadnought will then be used for Black Templars, just like the first one I converted.
Here some pictures:
Apart from that I am sculpting for some companies at the moment but of course I can not reveal anything prior to the release date... ;-)
More pics of the Dread soon to come.
Cheers,
Gregor
